Founded in 2017 by Patrick Wheeler and Callum Crawford as the successor to Derek Crawford Architect, WC+S is a full service architectural practice specializing in seniors' care and supportive housing.

Emerging models in seniors'  housing enable these facilities to meet a growing and increasingly complex set of needs. These range from specialized dementia care, palliative care, high-acuity care and housing for seniors with mental health and substance use issues to support for community initiatives such as adult day programs and respite care.

WC+S is at the forefront of these changes and has worked closely with seniors' healthcare operators to integrate these services effectively, efficiently, and aesthetically.

With experience on projects ranging from single family homes to commercial, community, multi-family residential, and health-care facilities, WC+S makes a meaningful contribution to our built environment through client-centered, evidence-based design.
